• Profile and fitness data you enter, including workouts, body metrics, nutrition logs, and preferences.
• Food photos you submit for AI nutrition analysis. Photos are processed to estimate nutrition and are not stored after analysis.
• Subscription status from Apple and RevenueCat to provide paid features.
• Basic usage data needed to operate the service, such as API requests and error logs.

How We Use Information

• Provide workout tracking, statistics, and personalized AI coaching features.
• Maintain your account and sync your data across sessions.
• Process subscriptions and enforce usage limits for AI features.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted service providers to operate IntelliFit, including:

• Supabase for authentication and account management.
• Apple App Store and RevenueCat for subscription billing.
• Cloud and AI providers used to generate coaching responses and analyze food entries.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and fitness data while your account is active. You can delete your account from the app profile screen, which removes associated account data from our systems subject to reasonable backup and legal retention requirements.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

IntelliFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
